AJ Williams

FOUNDER + EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

AJ Williams brings more than 25 years of experience producing landmark events, from intimate private celebrations and fashion presentations to large-scale festivals and nationally recognized fundraisers.

She is the founder of AJ Events, an event production firm specializing in luxury experiences, nonprofit fundraising strategy, and high-touch event execution. Her work has helped raise more than $84 million for nonprofit organizations, and she has been recognized as one of the BizBash 500 Most Influential Event Professionals.

AJ has produced programs featuring nationally recognized talent and led major destination events, including eight years producing the BeanTown Jazz Festival and service as Festival Producer of the Martha’s Vineyard Food & Wine Festival, taking it from deficit to its first profitable year while selling out 18 hotels, inns, and bed & breakfasts across the island during Columbus Weekend.

Based in Boston with work in Nantucket, New York, and Naples, Florida, she has been featured in and contributed to countless publications, most notably People, BRIDES, Vogue, Nantucket Magazine, FOX News, and New York Magazine.

The Nantucket Edit is AJ’s most personal destination project: a fashion event designed not simply to take place on Nantucket, but to create lasting value for it.

Jaclyn Watson is the Owner and Principal Planner of Jaclyn Watson Events, a luxury wedding and event planning company built on elevated design, seamless execution, and the belief that every great event tells a story.

With more than 17 years in the industry, Jaclyn has produced luxury celebrations throughout the Northeast and Europe, earning a national reputation for transforming spaces through design, storytelling, and precise production.

She has received multiple industry honors, including Designer of the Year recognition through NACE and Catersource. She is also a published writer, national educator, and industry advocate who teaches on luxury event design, experiential production, and creative strategy.

Known for her expertise in luxury weddings, social events, and large-scale productions, Jaclyn approaches every celebration with both a creative and strategic mindset, creating an atmosphere that tells a story and allows every guest to feel connected from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.

At The Nantucket Edit, she leads the production framework that turns an ambitious island-wide vision into a coherent and polished guest experience.
