ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All tickets are final sale and are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-reversible.
No refunds, credits, or chargebacks will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
Illness, injury, travel delays, weather, traffic, or scheduling conflicts
Late arrival, missed check-in, or inability to attend
Changes to designers, talent, programming, seating, staging, or activations
Dissatisfaction with the event or unmet expectations
Device failure or inability to access or display a ticket
Failure to meet age, identification, accessibility, or entry requirements
TICKET DELIVERY
A ticket is deemed delivered once it is sent to the email address provided at checkout or made available within the purchaser’s ticketing account.
Failure to locate, download, or present a delivered ticket does not qualify for a refund. Support may assist with reissuing tickets where possible.
The Nantucket Edit is not responsible for tickets that are lost, stolen, duplicated, damaged, counterfeit, or obtained through unauthorized sources.
EXCHANGES, UPGRADES, AND TRANSFERS
Tickets may be exchanged or upgraded for the same event through the authorized ticketing platform, subject to availability and deadlines. Any upgrade requires payment of the price difference. All exchanges are final, and the original barcode is immediately voided.
Tickets may be transferred.
FASHION SHOW EVENT ARRIVAL AND ENTRY
Guests are responsible for arriving on time and following all entry instructions.
VIP and Front Row guests must arrive at the designated check-in area at least 30 minutes prior to showtime
Guests arriving fewer than 15 minutes before showtime are not guaranteed reserved, VIP, Front Row, or assigned seating
General Admission seating is first come, first served and subject to capacity
Doors close at showtime; late entry is not permitted once the event begins
Late arrival, missed check-in, seat reassignment, forfeiture of seating, or denied entry does not qualify for refund, credit, exchange, or chargeback.
EVENT CHANGES
Designers, talent, schedules, seating layouts, staging, programming, activations, and other production elements are subject to change without notice. Admission is to the event itself and does not guarantee any specific participant, configuration, or experience.
The Nantucket Edit may adjust seating or relocate guests for safety, operational, or production needs. Such adjustments do not entitle guests to refunds.
POSTPONEMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
If an event is postponed, all tickets will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date and remain non-refundable.
If an event is fully canceled, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser using the original payment method, in accordance with applicable law.
Weather events, transportation disruptions, venue issues, power outages, evacuations, public safety measures, government orders, or other circumstances beyond our control do not constitute cancellation. Refunds in such cases are provided only where required by law.
SECURITY AND GUEST CONDUCT
All guests may be subject to security screening, including bag checks, metal detection, and identity verification. Refusal to comply may result in denied entry without refund.
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: weapons, illegal substances, outside alcohol, glass containers, fireworks, drones, laser devices, professional recording equipment, and oversized bags.
Guests may be removed without refund for unsafe, disruptive, or intoxicated behavior, or for failure to comply with event or venue rules.
MOBILE TICKETS AND COMMUNICATIONS
Guests are responsible for ensuring access to a charged, functioning device capable of displaying digital tickets. Device failure, connectivity issues, or battery loss do not qualify for refunds.
The Nantucket Edit may send transactional SMS messages including ticket links, reminders, and event updates. Delivery of SMS messages is not guaranteed and is not required for ticket access.
ACCESSIBILITY AND MINORS
Reasonable accessibility accommodations are available upon request and subject to availability. Guests are encouraged to contact The Nantucket Edit in advance; specific seating locations cannot be guaranteed.
Age restrictions may apply. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise stated. Failure to meet age, identification, or supervision requirements does not qualify for a refund.
